GRADUATED

27 DECEMBER 2012

Since the day that I entered the blogsphere, I have always been curious towards web design. There were several fabulous websites that I had ogled over, and only wished to have at least some ability to be compared. There have been countless layout changes that have occurred here at fashioncontagious.blogspot.com, and many months (a year to be precise) that I have worked away from this blog to build something far more greater than I've ever achieved.

I am excited to finally announce that I will be launching
on January 1st, 2013

What changes will you be expecting? Let's be as specific as possible: an entirely new experience to the way Fashion Contagious has ever been presented. I will be posting weekly, and will have guest contributors as well. The new website is exactly as I have always imagined it, entirely designed by yours truly.

See you soon! In the meantime, catch me on twitter, facebook, and instagram

SPREADING HOLIDAY CHEER: the Situation | 10 DECEMBER 2012

When you see the CEOs and industry representatives speak as guest lecturers and you notice that there is something astonishing about their overall appearance, one word: jewelry. It is undeniable the effects of a few statement pieces pushed their poise, enhance their presentation. I was mesmerized at the power of  exquisite accessory could do to elevate and transform their presentation beyond standard. Who would have thought this life lesson would come indirectly from a class?

Seeing how effective one accessory could command an outfit, I knew that young women around the world must also me in my position, and could benefit with a proper gift. Of all the gifts anyone can think of, think of this as the first step to investing in their future :) That's when I came upon John Hardy's gift collection.

Let me help, and play stylist for you:

I believe that the modern women would benefit with an exquisite pair of John Hardy's Rectangular Drop Earrings, which can jazz up any classic LBD. I would also finish the look with the Fair Lady bracelet from Classic Chain Collection would add just the perfect finishing touch.

Oh this holiday season would be incomplete if the man in our lives aren't up to par with our stylish demure, so let's have them be a Classic Gentleman with Palu Collection Bronze Square Cufflinks. We'll have to reward them for cleaning up with a sexy fire-engine Ted Baker dress, Eco Gal Bamboo Collection earrings, and a dose of Agent Provocateur ;)

To all the ladies who love to make a statement, you certainly will make any room buzz around you with the Globe Trotter bracelet from John Hardy's Naga Collection, or as a Style Maven
